Receive real-time HTTP webhooks whenever posts publish, accounts expire, comments arrive, or DMs are received.
Mulaichat sends real-time HTTP POST notifications to your server whenever state changes occur on your connected social media accounts.
Supported Webhook Events

post.failed | Post publishing failed (e.g. rate limit, invalid media format, or expired OAuth) |
comment.created | An audience member left a new comment on a published post |
comment.replied | A comment was successfully replied to |
message.received | A customer or follower sent a direct message (DM) |
account.connected | A new social media account was authorized via connect flow |
account.expired | Platform OAuth credentials have expired and require re-authentication |
Verifying Webhook Signatures
Each webhook request contains a HMAC SHA-256 signature header:
