Welcome to the Mulaichat REST API reference. Here you will find all available endpoints, parameters, request schemas, and responses to build and automate your social media workflows.
Base URL
All requests must be directed to the global production API gateway:
https://api.mulaichat.comAuthentication
Every API request requires Bearer token authentication via the Authorization header:
Authorization: Bearer mc_live_••••••••••••••••You can generate and manage API keys directly from your workspace dashboard under Settings > API Keys.
Rate Limits & Concurrency
- Standard REST API: 60 requests per minute per API token.
- Instagram Contacts & Direct Messages: Up to 300 requests per hour per connected Instagram account.
- Rate-limited responses return HTTP status
429 Too Many Requests.
