When the account's own posts of the last 90 days did best, in 2-hour blocks and by weekday of tz (Asia/Jakarta by default): each block's score is the median outlier multiplier of its posts (1.0 is the account's usual), null with fewer than 5 posts there. TikTok adds the followers' activity per block (audience_share). recommended: up to 3 blocks, best first. A correlation from the account's own posts, not a promise. Requires the read scope.
